Principal Consultant (Organisational Design/ Effectiveness) – Programme Advisory (OTM)

Lead and co-lead delivery of organisational effectiveness and operating model interventions on complex transformation programmes. Use organisational design and cultural diagnostic methods to assess change impact, readiness, and develop transition plans covering learning, engagement, and communications. Coordinate programme delivery logistics and governance, quality-assure key artefacts, and support proposals and thought leadership. Build senior client relationships, manage risks and issues, and coach team members through knowledge transfer and close-out.
