Job Summary

Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling for the Engineering department at the Fremantle terminal, supporting efficient operations and excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Manage procurement and financial admin (raising PRs/POs in Maximo, invoicing, accounts payable support), schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs, maintain CMMS records, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting while monitoring utility usage and supporting inventory stocktakes.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HS&E programs and promptly reporting hazards or incidents.
•Handle procurement and financial processes, including raising PRs/POs in Maximo, managing invoicing, and supporting accounts payable.
•Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
•Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and drive improvements in reporting efficiency.
•Maintain and update the CMMS for accurate maintenance records and support inventory control and stocktakes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning/scheduling coordination, ideally in heavy equipment, engineering, or industrial environments.
•Trade-related background with hands-on understanding of workshop and maintenance operations.
•Proficient in systems such as Maximo, Oracle (procurement/maintenance), and Microster.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
•Thorough knowledge of administrative processes, including purchasing, receiving, and invoice management.
