Key Responsibilities

•Manage bank account strategy, including optimizing account structure for EU/US growth and overseeing account opening, changes, and closures.
•Supervise daily bank account operations to ensure timely account onboarding aligned to project timelines.
•Manage bank and payment channel account authorizations and approve access for relevant stakeholders.
•Run daily cash management operations for EU/US, including fund transfers, liquidity risk management, FX trading/quotation, and related risk controls.
•Oversee safeguarding operations from a liquidity-management perspective and develop/improve SOPs to meet internal control, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in financial institutions, leading payment companies, or fintech lending, focused on treasury and cash management.
•Knowledge of liquidity management procedures from both corporate and bank perspectives.
•Understanding of fund settlement and clearing systems in major countries, including central bank clearing rules and regulatory requirements.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
•Ability to work self-driven under stress (preferred).
