Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and take ownership of complex structural BIM models and associated 2D deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • •Lead production of drawings, sheets, schedules, and details for allocated packages or work areas.
  • •Mentor and check BIM technicians and junior technicians, providing guidance on modelling technique and standards.
  • •Support multidisciplinary coordination, including clash detection reviews and resolution of model conflicts.
  • •Perform model audits, quality checks, and warnings management to maintain model health.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •2–4 years of structural BIM/Revit experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Revit-based structural documentation and detailing conventions.
  • •Proven experience producing complex structural models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Familiarity with Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other automation tools is advantageous.
