Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth daily operation of the mall and maintain operational readiness across all areas.
  • •Monitor the condition of public spaces, service corridors and exterior zones and initiate actions to resolve deficiencies.
  • •Review mystery shopper findings, coordinate corrective actions and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • •Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors and internal teams; follow up until tasks are completed.
  • •Support health, safety and environmental compliance through inspections, reporting and coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical background (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or similar).
  • •Experience in facility management, technical operations, or building maintenance.
  • •Proficiency in English and Serbian, both written and spoken.
  • •Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • •Ability to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors and internal teams; follow up until tasks are completed.
