Drive human-centered design for complex member and employee security experiences within cross-functional, agile teams. Synthesize multi-disciplinary research into actionable insights, define problems and design requirements, and guide work from discovery through implementation. Create holistic interaction, visual, and content design for web and mobile platforms, communicate using storytelling, and mentor designers across the Design Community. Support security risk identification and translation of security requirements into intuitive, trust-building UX.
