Software Development Engineer - Cloud Native Databases

Build and own cloud-native database products that support ByteDance’s global infrastructure. Work across query processing, distributed processing, distributed storage, and cluster/system management areas such as transactions, replication, backups/restore, monitoring, and observability. Partner with PMs and engineers to design core database functionalities, implement test coverage, run performance/scalability experiments, and perform debugging and root-cause analysis as part of an on-call rotation.
