Job Summary

Lead Conagra’s cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance (GRC), IT compliance, third-party cybersecurity risk management, security awareness, and ERP security programs. Provide strategic and operational direction for a team of cybersecurity professionals, establish governance and risk reporting, oversee vendor risk assessments, and coordinate IT audits (including SOX ITGC). Own ERP security governance across SAP and strengthen access controls, policies, and compliance maturity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team covering cybersecurity GRC, IT compliance, third-party risk management, ERP security, and security awareness.
•Establish cybersecurity governance, policies, standards, and risk management practices aligned to regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
•Drive enterprise cyber risk assessments, mitigation planning, risk acceptance processes, and executive-level risk reporting.
•Manage third-party cybersecurity risk by overseeing vendor/supplier/cloud risk assessments in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.
•Lead IT compliance and audit management, including ITGCs and SOX ITGC coordination, remediation, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
•Lead ERP security governance across SAP and other enterprise platforms, including access governance, segregation of duties, privileged access controls, and periodic access reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,400 - 182,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance, IT audit, or related disciplines.
•5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a cybersecurity or technology environment.
•Experience leading cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, audit, or control programs in a large or complex organization.
•Experience with regulatory/audit/control frameworks including IT General Controls (ITGCs), SOX, and NIST (or similar).
