Lead stock and logistics operations for off-site/service center units, overseeing inventory management across multiple locations. Own shipping and receiving processes, backstock organization, floor stocking and product rotation, and loss prevention initiatives. Drive operational excellence using productivity metrics and data-driven decisions, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently implemented. Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach team members while coordinating cross-functional improvements to optimize inventory control and protect company assets.

•Provide strategic leadership to the stock and logistics team and oversee day-to-day off-site/service center operations.
•Lead inventory management across multiple locations, optimizing stock levels, SKU organization, and merchandise allocation.
•Oversee shipping and receiving, including processing, verification, documentation, and coordination of inbound/outbound merchandise flows.
•Direct merchandise placement and floor stocking processes, ensuring product availability, proper rotation, and organized backstock across sites.
•Manage operations (scheduling, expense control, audits, reporting), implement loss prevention strategies, and coach team members.

Salary: USD 26 - 38.4 hourly
