Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a portfolio of clients and deliver multiple concurrent data centre projects.
  • •Drive revenue growth through repeat business by ensuring high-quality project execution.
  • •Achieve and maintain targeted profit margins across assigned projects without margin erosion or financial write-downs.
  • •Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTFs) by proactively identifying and mitigating issues.
  • •Lead complex client engagements and guide/mentor Project Managers overseeing multiple projects or large-scale programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • •Currently working towards Chartered status with RICS / CIOB / ICE / RIBA / Engineers Ireland.
  • •Membership of, or affiliation with, the Association for Project Management (APM) would be advantageous.
  • •Experience within the buildings sector.
  • •Qualifications and professional credentials aligned to project delivery in data centres and colocation facilities.
