Collaborate across Revenue Marketing, Sales Development, Partnerships, Brand and Customer Marketing to deliver measurable, scalable initiatives that inform better decisions.

•Operationalize marketing priorities by translating strategic plans into scalable execution with Revenue Marketing leadership.
•Own marketing analytics and reporting, measuring performance across channels and delivering actionable insights.
•Manage allbound and ABM program operations, including target account lists, intent data, account scoring, and workflows linking marketing to CRM/SDR.
•Own advertising operations and ensure campaigns are correctly configured, tracked, and measured for reliable, attributable performance data.
•Oversee personalized content implementations and coordinate technical briefs so initiatives are properly configured and measured consistently.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with attribution models, marketing data, and reporting frameworks, with strong communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience with ABM/allbound methodologies, including intent data, account scoring, and campaign orchestration (UserGems or similar preferred).
•Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals including campaign tracking, paid media measurement, and pipeline attribution.
•Comfort partnering with SDR teams and translating business needs into clear technical requirements while balancing multiple stakeholders.
