Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop BLDC motor control hardware circuitry for new power tool products, including testing and supporting documentation setup.
  • •Support new electronic module manufacture and contribute to relevant tester development with suppliers.
  • •Participate in power tool phase testing and address technical issues with practical solutions.
  • •Maintain and improve the mature products line, providing cost-down solutions to existing products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, with solid theoretical knowledge in power electronics, motor control, and lithium-battery-powered systems.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic product development, preferably in brushless motor control modules and switching power supplies.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing BOM structure, PCBA assembly processes, and PCBA auto testing.
  • •Strong hands-on capability in product development and problem solving.
  • •Effective English communication (reading, writing, speaking) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
