Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, including inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations.
  • •Independently execute demand and supply matching activities, linking planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact.
  • •Drive analysis for backlog management and synthesize demand information from country/region/account managers to deliver demand signals for forecasting.
  • •Coordinate or lead regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
  • •Monitor key metrics, create reporting metrics, and coordinate development and management of a regulatory trade compliance program.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations.
  • •Ability to perform demand and supply matching activities and independently identify issues and their impact.
  • •Experience coordinating planning teams and driving process improvements using data analysis and continuous improvement methods.
