Job Summary

Develop and implement inventory management operations, ensuring stock availability, safe stock levels, and compliance with ISO, DOH, and company standards. Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Facilities to support efficient sourcing, order fulfillment, and proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials. Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, perform stock reconciliations, and prepare monthly and quarterly inventory reports. Process end-user requests and purchase requisitions to support uninterrupted laboratory operations, including import/export support in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage inventory operations to ensure stock availability, maintain safe stock levels, prevent wastage, and ensure compliance with ISO, DOH, and company standards.
•Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Facilities to support efficient sourcing, order fulfillment, inventory control, and proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
•Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system, conduct stock reconciliations, and prepare monthly and quarterly inventory reports.
•Process end-user requests, manage purchase requisitions, and follow up on orders to support uninterrupted laboratory operations.
•Support import/export activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and provide backup support to Logistics as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or customer service, with healthcare or biomedical industry experience as an advantage.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management.
