Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct patient care by assessing needs, identifying barriers, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating timely access to resources and services.
  • •Act as primary contact and advocate for patients and families; respond to concerns, investigate complaints, and deliver patient education and support.
  • •Coordinate referrals and outpatient pathway activities, including requesting diagnostics, arranging appointments, using EMR/specialty databases, and performing cross-cover within specialty.
  • •Manage follow-ups with discharged patients, monitor progress, address risks (including readmission risk), confirm care compliance, and escalate clinical questions to appropriate providers.
  • •Provide clinical leadership by mentoring staff, monitoring clinical standards and variances, supporting performance evaluations, and ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited program with at least 3 years of study.
  • •Valid/current national license.
  • •BLS.
  • •Charge Nurse experience plus 2 years experience (per DOH PQR) OR Staff Nurse experience per DOH PQR plus 4 years experience.
  • •Excellent communication skills; Arabic Language is desired.
