Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d)

Manage customer requests and support the sales process by creating and calculating customer offers via CRM and manual inquiries. Coordinate communication between Customer Service, Sales, operational departments, and customers, and track offers to help drive business development. Own customer onboarding and guide new customers during the implementation phase, aligning with product owners and international DP World offices while maintaining reports, analyses, and KPIs to ensure high service quality.
