Job Summary

Drive market expansion and demand generation for HP Dimension with Google Beam across an assigned geography. Build targeted account plans, generate qualified opportunities, and partner with sales teams and ecosystem/route-to-market partners to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. Evangelize the product’s value to enterprise customers and C-level decision-makers, coordinate demonstrations and executive briefings, and support proof-of-concepts. Capture Voice of Market insights and align requirements across product, marketing, operations, services, and alliances.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive market adoption and commercial success of HP Dimension within the assigned geography, including target account identification and pipeline generation.
•Serve as the HP Dimension market evangelist and present the vision, value proposition, and business outcomes to enterprise customers and executives.
•Partner with Poly Specialized Sales and Account Teams to support discovery, qualification, ROI/value propositions, executive presentations, workshops, and deal closure.
•Coordinate demonstrations and executive briefings, manage access to demo facilities, and support proof-of-concepts and pilot deployments while capturing feedback.
•Build and maintain strategic channel partner relationships, coordinate Google alliance efforts, and act as Voice of Market by gathering insights and aligning cross-functional execution.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 205,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in marketing or business administration (or equivalent work experience).
•10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, industry solutions, alliances, or collaboration technology.
•Experience selling or supporting video conferencing, collaboration technologies, UC&C solutions, SaaS platforms, and enterprise technology solutions.
•Executive presentation experience.
•Channel and partner management experience (preferred), plus alliance management experience (preferred).
