Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate training programs for corporate and specific business unit groups.
  • •Analyze course evaluations to determine effectiveness and recommend/implement improvements.
  • •Consult with management on the design and production of training and work situations requiring new or existing programs.
  • •Develop project plans, including identifying subject matter experts, and assist with evaluating and managing external training vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant work in training for a financial services environment.
  • •Excellent oral and written skills to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
  • •Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
  • •Strong instructional design and/or organization development skills (preferred).
  • •Technical skills/systems knowledge including Microsoft and PeopleSoft, plus SHRM or studying toward it (preferred).
