Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and develop executive client relationships, leading governance forums and steering committees with authority.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent programmes, including card issuing data migration lifecycle and operational-risk planning.
  • •Structure and drive delivery in ambiguous environments, managing escalations, governance, scope changes, and CRs with clear communication.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, setting expectations and fostering ownership and accountability.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across global onshore/offshore teams and manage risks, compliance, and financial/commercial accountability (P&L, budgets, SOW, negotiations).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 77,670 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15–20+ years of programme/project management experience in payments, card processing, or financial services technology.
  • •Deep expertise in credit card issuing and platform migrations, including large-scale card issuing data migration programmes.
  • •Proven leadership delivering multi-stream data migrations (card portfolios, customer/account data, transaction and balance migration, cutover planning, parallel runs, stabilization).
  • •Extensive experience managing enterprise clients at C-suite/VP level with a trusted-adviser approach.
  • •Practical experience using AI and automation in delivery governance and reporting, plus relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent).
