Maintenance Superintendent

Lead and manage maintenance operations at an industrial plant, coordinating daily activities to keep assets running safely and reliably. Supervise crafts and maintenance teams, coach and develop personnel, and support continuous improvement through predictive and preventative maintenance. Perform and facilitate root cause analyses for equipment failures, manage asset health with production stakeholders, oversee maintenance budgeting, and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety requirements while developing CMMS competence.
