Job Summary

Enable Edenred’s international marketing tech stack by developing custom HubSpot features and enhancements, configuring workflows and automations, and owning end-to-end HubSpot–Salesforce integrations. Monitor data flows and observability, act as the technical point of contact for incidents, and stay aligned with Salesforce ecosystem changes. Partner with stakeholders to evolve the platform, support rollouts across countries, and continuously recommend HubSpot improvements for global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop custom features and enhancements within HubSpot using coding skills as needed.
•Set up and optimize no-code configurations, workflows, and automation in HubSpot to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Own end-to-end custom integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, monitoring data flows and observability in both directions.
•Serve as the technical point of contact for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of HubSpot and integration issues.
•Act as a HubSpot and Salesforce subject matter expert: create documentation, support teams, and help roll out integrations across countries.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a consultant or specialist in HubSpot API with a deep understanding of HubSpot features and functionalities.
•Strong development background in integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce.
•Proficiency in no-code tools and automation within HubSpot (configurations, workflows, automation).
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with strong problem-solving and adaptability to new challenges.
•Exceptional communication skills to train and support users at all levels; English mandatory.
