Lead AI-powered transformation for GMG’s retail platforms by shaping architecture, roadmaps, and modernization efforts across ecommerce, POS, ERP, and CRM. Drive AI/ML initiatives, hyper-automation, and GenAI applications; define guardrails, assess risks, and partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to deploy scalable solutions. Report to the CTO and influence executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect AI/ML-driven solutions and hyper-automation strategies to optimize retail operations.
•Develop 3–5 year roadmaps for technology modernization and rationalization of legacy systems.
•Build ROI-driven business cases for tech initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
•Define architectural guardrails for scalability, security, and regulatory compliance; identify and manage risks.
•Present executive-level recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/automation at scale.

Key Requirements

•16+ years in solution/enterprise architecture
•5+ years in retail/eCommerce
•Proven track record in AI/ML implementations, automation (RPA, workflow tools) and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
•Strong experience in SQL, Python
