Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect AI/ML-driven solutions and hyper-automation strategies to optimize retail operations.
  • •Develop 3–5 year roadmaps for technology modernization and rationalization of legacy systems.
  • •Build ROI-driven business cases for tech initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
  • •Define architectural guardrails for scalability, security, and regulatory compliance; identify and manage risks.
  • •Present executive-level recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/automation at scale.
