Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end 24/7 production execution for DU and HV Battery assembly shops across all shifts.
  • •Deliver committed production volume, OEE, FPY, and cost-per-unit targets aligned to the AMP-2 business plan.
  • •Build and scale the production organization (shift managers, supervisors, team leads, operators) from ground up.
  • •Establish launch governance and ramp-up routines, including Safe Launch, run-at-rate governance, and QRQC/War Room escalation.
  • •Enforce HV safety/compliance requirements and lead KPI ownership (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Environment) through tiered daily management routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related manufacturing; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years in automotive/EV manufacturing with at least 5 years in senior production leadership.
  • •Demonstrated large-scale production leadership (150+ employees) in an OEM or Tier-1 environment.
  • •Greenfield launch and volume ramp experience in EV Powertrain (preferred).
  • •Track record delivering SQDCPE performance under IATF 16949; fluent in English, Arabic preferred.
