Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with ANZ marketing advisors to define and maintain the annual portfolio of client events and conferences, including scope, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
  • •Develop and implement event delivery plans and standardized procedures for consistent execution and governance across the event lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end delivery for assigned events, handling approvals/forms, abstracts/submissions (if needed), attendees, registrations, payments/invoices, invitations/RSVPs, scheduling, briefings, trackers/Teams sites, and post-event reports.
  • •Manage event/conference budgets and analyze performance data (attendance, engagement, cost, outcomes) to provide clear, actionable recommendations for future improvement.
  • •Coordinate with external suppliers, conference organizers, and industry partners; maintain SharePoint materials and client databases with appropriate governance and quality controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in B2B marketing, public relations, and project management.
  • •At least five (5) years of experience managing conferences.
  • •Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • •Experience with SharePoint and/or Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
