Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey, including account fulfillment, activation, and funding. Partner with Operations and Compliance to reduce activation backlog and time-to-activate, improving operational efficiency and customer experience. Lead omni-channel customer communications to address pending documentation and dependencies, track key activation metrics (STP%, activation rates), manage stationery inventory, and engage senior stakeholders for initiative buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the activation workflow after account creation.
•Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation, and funding.
•Partner with Operations and Compliance to drive operational efficiencies and reduce activation TAT/backlogs.
•Drive customer communications using an omni-channel approach to resolve pending documents and dependencies.
•Track activation metrics (activation rates, STP%, activation backlog) and manage stationery inventory; work to reduce case backlogs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience with a degree in Marketing or related field.
•Experience in banking/financial industry focused on customer acquisition, strategy, design, and implementation.
•Ability to coordinate with stakeholders such as Compliance and Operations to reduce backlog and improve TAT.
•Experience driving operational efficiencies through process improvement.
•Ability to engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in on initiatives.
