Key Responsibilities

  • •Review performance trends, prepare cost impact analysis, and generate monthly project performance reports with recommendations for contractor invoices.
  • •Track actual and committed costs for subcontractors/vendors against budgets and update forecasts based on earned value and progress discussions.
  • •Establish project budgets from proposal estimates and assist project managers with project setup and execution.
  • •Coordinate with project personnel to develop Work Breakdown Structures and communicate budget, cost, and schedule analysis results, issues, successes, and recovery plans.
  • •Monitor key performance indicators (earned value, cost and schedule performance, estimate to completion, and end dates), track unbilled/invoicing/aged AR, and prepare internal/external monthly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4+ years of related project controls experience, or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education.
  • •Requires US Citizenship for this role.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead the project controls function across small and large projects for a portfolio of projects and multiple project managers.
  • •Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) basic Federal Contract Requirements to support federal contracts.
