Key Responsibilities

  • •Own commercial outcomes for the digital currencies and settlement services portfolio, including packaging, target segments, distribution approach, and adoption strategy.
  • •Translate market trends in digital currencies and emerging payments into an executable go-to-market strategy.
  • •Drive end-to-end commercialisation of digital currencies and emerging payments products enabled by blockchain/DLT and AI/ML.
  • •Lead product solutioning for complex RFPs and bespoke client requirements, shaping proposals and commercial constructs with internal stakeholders.
  • •Support market engagement and regulatory consultations, and ensure risks are assessed, mitigated, and documented before scaling.
  • •Create and respond to media/marketing opportunities to reinforce leadership in the digital currencies agenda.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in commercialisation, go-to-market, and product sales enablement in financial services, with payments or transaction banking strongly preferred.
  • •Proven track record driving client adoption and revenue outcomes while managing senior stakeholders and complex multi-party delivery.
  • •Relevant experience in global banks, transaction banking, fintech, or digital assets ecosystems preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of banking and payments flows and how transaction banking solutions are sold and implemented.
  • •Strong client-facing capability with clear solutioning and communication in English, plus collaboration across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
