Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a bridge between machine learning engineers and labelers to apply structure accurately to unstructured data (video, images, text).
  • •Support project readiness by collaborating on requirements, providing insights/RCA and business metrics, and coordinating labeling template use criteria.
  • •Create and maintain SOPs during the project lifecycle, updating them as requirements or RCA feedback changes.
  • •Create and inject Live/Practice/Test/2RQA queues and support uploading/injection of pre-identified data sets; assist with queue health checks.
  • •Train and oversee SOP review and application, monitor output quality against KPIs/standards, and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance and project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with Spanish markets and stakeholders.
  • •1+ years experience in operations for a tech or social media company with data-analytic experience.
  • •Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis, with understanding of AI and machine learning concepts for data labeling (plus).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with requestors and labelers.
  • •Strong experience training in a technical context and simplifying complex instructions and requirements.
