Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management roles (e.g., Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer).
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale construction projects and programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction value management/value engineering and excellent communication skills.
