Director, HR M&A Integration (12 Month FTC)

Lead HR integration programs across the full M&A lifecycle, managing due diligence, integration planning, and execution from initiation through delivery. Own program timelines, detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation while partnering cross-functionally to ensure dependencies are identified and communicated. Serve as an HR integration subject matter expert, supporting organizational impact consideration, data migration, and business and cultural integration through change management.
