Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and continuously manage a Life Cycle Management system using Splunk across engineering labs to monitor non-production R&D resources.
  • •Design and optimize Splunk dashboards, integrate diverse data feeds, and use AI to analyze alerting data for actionable insights.
  • •Align observability solutions with business objectives by working with cross-functional teams and participating in global planning discussions.
  • •Document monitoring processes, implement best practices, and drive performance improvements to improve reliability and efficiency of lab infrastructure.
  • •Proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks, and support integrating new data feeds in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • •8–10 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, SRE, platform engineering, DevOps, or technical leadership roles.
  • •Design and support large-scale enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux/Unix, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment models.
  • •Experience with AI technologies such as LangGraph, MCP, RAG architectures, vector databases, LangChain, and prompt engineering; plus Oracle/SQL/PL-SQL and ETL/enterprise data integration.
