Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Talent & Development activities including talent attraction, talent management, and learning & development operations; assist in coordinating the internship program and internal communications.
  • •Assist Employee Experience projects such as hiring, moves, terminations, and knowledge management, while engaging in continuous improvement, data & analytics, and agile practices.
  • •Assist Rewards initiatives by coordinating projects, crafting communications, and supporting Czech benefits. Based on availability and interests, contribute to one or more of the above teams.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to ensure effective HR processes and timely communications.
  • •Learn end-to-end HR processes and help optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a university student or recently graduated.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.
  • •Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic for the duration of the internship.
