Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality engineering support.
•Conduct technical investigations and implement immediate risk containment and mistake-proof solutions to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
•Generate, manage, and present/report site KPIs including scrap/rework and first pass yield metrics.
•Recommend inspection methodologies for hardware and draft technical documents such as inspection plans and controlled work instructions.
•Identify and manage product development risk using PPAP core elements and serve as an audit point of contact.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
•Working knowledge of Net Inspect.
•Previous experience in Material Review Board (MRB) with dispositioning of nonconforming.
•Working knowledge of SAP and AS9100, plus ASQ CQT or CQI certification is preferred.
