Job Summary

Build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready components from day one. Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations), create end-to-end architectures that are deployed, validated, and observable, and deliver data pipelines and KPI dashboards. Contribute to fast-moving POCs and MVPs while feeding real field insights back to product and senior engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team.
•Develop agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and production observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
•Create proof-of-concepts and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable quickly, and surface platform gaps and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system you can discuss.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining why a prompt failed and how you’d improve it.
