Key Responsibilities

•Operate manual and semi-automatic galvanic lines to ensure high quality and efficient processes.
•Take samples for chemical analyses and monitor process conditions to meet quality standards.
•Assemble parts on fixtures and perform masking and preparation for galvanic processes.
•Prepare and adjust galvanic baths and routinely inspect equipment before shifts.
•Document process steps and select appropriate tooling, maintaining organization and cleanliness on the workstation.
