Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing, ordering, delivery timelines, on-site placement, and returns.
  • •Ensure Warehouse Pull Sheets are completed accurately so inventory is prepped, pulled, and accounted for ahead of show.
  • •Maintain the All-Info document with current, organized details and share cross-departmentally.
  • •Oversee the department’s Purchase Tracker to ensure spend is logged, accurate, and aligned with budget expectations.
  • •Support site and credential advancing, including mapping needs, vendor coordination, signage plans, ticketing needs, access levels, and credential summaries; provide on-site managerial support during load-in, show days, and load-out.
