Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control “Stores” to ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts for aircraft maintenance are received, stored, and released in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain stores stock levels for daily demanded items and routine jobs, ensuring availability and safe release for planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • •Carry out daily checks and inspections of storage areas (e.g., temperature/humidity control and safety/health conditions) and manage binning locations and tool/part allocation.
  • •Update and review the AMOS system to record and monitor received/stored parts and tools, including shelf life, calibration, shift/handovers, and critical movements.
  • •Issue daily toolboxes/kits and spare parts/components based on maintenance plans, maintain tracking/receipts, and coordinate parts logistics (including dangerous goods) with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High School/Diploma or certificate in a related field with relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •1–2 years of related experience in the airline industry, with exposure to low-cost airline being a plus.
  • •Experience with inventory software (advantage) and familiarity with civil aviation rules and regulations for aircraft maintenance tool/equipment acceptance, storage, and issuance.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and very good English communication skills.
  • •Valid driving license and willingness/ability to work rotating shifts; knowledge of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training is an advantage.
