Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of the Events product roadmap, including event features and operational tooling, tracking milestones and mitigating risks across mobile, backend, and web.
  • •Connect Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, BD, and Event Operations to align on the roadmap and major launches, and oversee project timelines for on-time delivery.
  • •Define and evolve the operating model for the Events program (rhythms, artifacts, checkpoints) as it scales.
  • •Identify and resolve issues by coordinating with teams, prioritizing work, and maintaining quality and delivery velocity.
  • •Provide clear communications to executive and senior leadership on program health, translating technical tradeoffs and delivery risks into recommendations.
