Senior Director, Global Supportability and Readiness

Lead the product feedback loop and field enablement strategy across Agentforce and Data 360 portfolios. Own end-to-end product readiness plans so customer-facing teams are equipped before releases, capture field/customer signals, and route insights to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap prioritization. Drive measurable reductions in support case volume and investigation rates, improve Help self-service performance, build dashboards and operating cadences, and lead a globally distributed team of readiness leaders.
