Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, launch, and run the community ambassador program end-to-end, including recruiting contributors and maintaining participation quality.
  • •Shape community structure and daily operations: responding, moderating, setting tone/standards, and actively managing channel architecture for different user segments.
  • •Curate and grow a library of high-quality community build artifacts (starter apps, prompt packs, templates) and keep them easy to find and consistently high quality.
  • •Drive targeted engagement programs and education priorities based on real user struggles, patterns, and feedback signals.
  • •Triaging bugs, feature requests, and friction points with strong signal-to-noise judgment, then represent community input in cross-functional Product/Engineering/CX discussions and close the feedback loop.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience building, scaling, and nurturing both B2B and B2C online communities with tangible community growth and quality outcomes.
  • •Direct experience designing and running a community ambassador/advocacy program (recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and quality management).
  • •Experience moderating and managing large communities at scale (10K+ members), including hands-on work with roles and moderation systems.
  • •Experience building community education/engagement programs (workshops, events, self-serve learning) that drive user value and retention.
  • •Excellent written English communication and strong editorial judgment to prioritize signal over noise.
