Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary on-site representative for Airbus MCA plants at the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and serve as the central contact between FAL customers and plants/suppliers.
  • •Manage OSW and ensure proper execution of plant work orders while escalating blocking issues to H/O XP Manufacturing Engineering and other stakeholders.
  • •Ensure seamless section handovers by analyzing drawings, tooling, competency qualifications, and parts ordering information for on-site work.
  • •Provide immediate technical disposition and analysis for ATAs for NC/ALB/QLB events at the FAL, supporting resolution of critical-path constraints.
  • •Provide hands-on technical support on the shopfloor, lead investigations with cross-functional teams for closure, and participate in SQCDP and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer-equivalent education in Aeronautics.
  • •3–5 years of experience in the aviation industry.
  • •Experience managing multi-functional teams and subcontracted activities.
  • •Ability to analyze aircraft specifications and 2D drawings.
  • •Fluent English (written and oral); French and/or German knowledge is a plus.
