Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10 years of relevant technical experience, or 2 years as a Development Engineer Technician I at First Solar.
  • •Associate’s Degree in an engineering or similar technical discipline with 3 years of relevant technical experience, or 2 years as a Development Engineer Technician I at First Solar.
  • •Experience operating laser tools and performing minor troubleshooting.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and some knowledge of SQL/JMP.
  • •Ability to execute experiments in the lab or on the floor and communicate with associates at all levels.
