Inspector / Quality Assurance Manager

Serve as the Lead Inspector and Quality Assurance Manager for a secure, technically complex multi-year construction project in Denver. Conduct daily field observations, inspections, documentation, and reporting to recommend construction work for acceptance or rejection. Verify conformance to contract requirements, approved construction documents, codes, standards, and the contractor’s QC plan, coordinating with the onsite PM, specialty inspectors, and required supplemental testing while supporting schedule, budget, safety, and security.
