Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial statements and accounting records, including internal and external reporting processes.
  • •Conduct materiality assessments and analytical reviews, and perform monthly governance reviews (e.g., TBV) to identify anomalies and reporting risks.
  • •Investigate period-over-period variances and provide meaningful insights to Finance Directors and Finance Factory teams.
  • •Maintain and enhance governance, risk, and control frameworks, including Risk and Control Matrices, and support control monitoring through platforms such as BlackLine.
  • •Coordinate audit and tax governance activities, support remediation of audit findings, and lead or contribute to finance transformation and accounting process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Control, Governance, Audit, or related Finance functions.
  • •Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, accounting principles, and governance frameworks.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing governance, reporting, compliance, or audit-related activities.
  • •Professional certification (e.g., CMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA, DipIFR) is highly desirable.
