Test Center Administrator (FT)

Serve as the face of Prometric at a test center by greeting examinees, verifying identification, and ensuring exam integrity. Maintain and apply test center policies, conduct security checks (including wand use), and continuously monitor candidates during computer-based exams. Handle and escalate candidate issues with urgency, safeguard secure materials and the testing environment, and represent Prometric’s mission while working flexible site hours.
