Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of customer accountability for orchestration of Signature Success deliverables, experience, and renewal/expansion.
  • •Cultivate executive stakeholder relationships and manage communication of key events, needs, risks, and value drivers.
  • •Coordinate completion of the Signature Success catalog of services for the customer.
  • •Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance and advise on adoption of new features from annual release schedules, identifying implementation challenges/risks.
  • •Act as an advocate during triage and resolution of high-severity cases and serve as point of contact for major customer incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years work experience in technical customer success, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology consulting, technology solutions development, technical/solutions architecture.
  • •2+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
