  • •Drive business development by collaborating on pursuits, leading technical proposals and capture strategies within allocated budgets.
  • •Manage client relationships with key GTA municipalities and coordinate effectively across stakeholders.
  • •Lead complex multi-disciplinary projects from design through construction, ensuring compliance with Ontario Safe Drinking Water Act and regulatory design guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience designing and constructing municipal drinking water treatment plants.
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or transferable within 6 months.
  • •Proven track record managing technical teams and delivering projects.
  • •Preferred: 15+ years of experience in municipal drinking water treatment plant design and construction and progressive project management experience (PMP is an asset).
