Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Support cross-selling and outside sales activities, and establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment).
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, including sourcing loans from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
