Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hotel and hospitality assets from concept, feasibility, positioning through project definition and development readiness.
  • •Translate the destination vision and masterplan into hospitality asset strategies, development briefs, scope, and delivery requirements.
  • •Define hotel type, classification, brand positioning, target market, room mix, amenities, and guest experience aligned to market demand.
  • •Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, business cases, development budgets, and financial assumptions with investment and finance teams.
  • •Drive operator and brand selection (RFPs, proposal evaluation, commercial assessment) and coordinate architects, designers, project managers, technical specialists, and operators to embed operational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Hospitality, or related field; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
  • •8 to 12+ years of experience progressing hotel real estate or mixed-use development through feasibility, concept, planning, operator selection, and design development stages.
  • •Experience with hotel assets, including destination development or hospitality investment and development platforms.
  • •Proven ability to define hotel development economics, operator agreements, brand standards, design coordination, and development governance.
