Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful onboarding experiences by partnering with a Delivery Manager to architect onboarding solutions and ensure deployments meet goals and criteria
  • •Be the trusted technical partner for data science and ML engineering teams, guiding them through the AI observability journey and delivering measurable value
  • •Champion the customer voice across Fiddler by leading ongoing technical engagements, roadmaps, QBRs, and escalation management to influence the product roadmap
  • •Become a domain expert in AI Observability and help customers operationalize best practices for model transparency, performance monitoring, and governance
  • •Deliver seamless integrations and technical success by writing custom integration code to connect Fiddler to customer data ecosystems (Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow, S3, Kafka, etc.) ensuring scalable and secure pipelines
